Easily show your eCMR to authorities

    Imagine being able to present your transport documents to authorities within seconds without paperwork or delays. With our eCMR solution, this process is seamless and intuitive.
    In just a few clicks, you can generate a unique QR code linked to your document.

    How? Simply open the e-document, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select Document link. The QR code is instantly available for scanning.

    For situations where scanning isn’t possible, you can also send the document directly via email. This ensures that, regardless of the circumstances, authorities always have quick and secure access to the necessary information.

    Important: Non-legal documents such as photos and attachments are not included in this view.


    Use the driver app in your native language

    Working across borders often means dealing with multiple languages, but your tools shouldn’t slow you down. Our driver app automatically adapts to the language settings of your mobile device, making it instantly familiar and easy to use.

    If you prefer to switch languages, simply update your device settings, and the app will follow automatically.
    As an added benefit, the app currently supports more than 60 languages, ensuring accessibility for drivers all over the world.


    Save time with multi-select

    Time is a valuable resource in logistics, and small efficiencies can have a big impact. That’s where the multi-select function comes in.

    This feature allows you to handle multiple documents at once, whether you need to sign several documents simultaneously or assign a driver to multiple shipments.

    How? You can activate this function by holding down the Shift key while selecting documents, or by enabling it via the settings icon in the inbox. It’s a simple tool that significantly speeds up repetitive tasks.

    Claims don’t have to be complicated. With our eCMR solution, you can build a strong case from the very first moment an issue occurs.

    Drivers can add photos directly to digital transport documents during pickup or delivery. This means any damage, discrepancy, or irregularity is documented instantly, with the right context and timing. The result? Clear, reliable evidence that removes doubt and supports your claim from the start.

    Because all photos are stored centrally and linked to the correct document, there’s no need to chase missing information or piece together scattered communication. Everyone involved has immediate access to the same visual proof, making discussions shorter and decisions faster.


    Always up-to-date thanks to email notifications

    Staying informed is key to smooth operations. With our eCMR solution, you can set up automatic email notifications to keep all stakeholders in the loop. For example, you can ensure that the waste producer receives an email the moment a document is signed at the loading site.

    How? Setting this up is straightforward: simply go to the admin panel, navigate to Notifications, select e-mail Alerts, and choose New.
    This way, everyone involved is always up to date, without the need for manual follow-ups.
